Say "HI" to QUINN! This friendly girl loves everyone she comes in contact with, throwing herself at your feet for pets, cuddles and kisses! QUINN shows her happy nature with a big doggy smile and tail wags so big it wiggles her whole body! She is almost 5 months old, and is learning as fast as she can how to be a good girl. She's mastered sitting for treats, and she's just waiting for someone to teach her more. QUINN is learning how to have better manners on leash, lots of daily walks and consistency will speed her progress. QUINN has a beautiful shiny black coat, with just a dusting of white on her four paws and chest. Our favorite thing about QUINN is her huge pointy ears, they perk right up when she sees us coming, or if she's listening intently to something. She'll probably grow into her ears, but in the meantime they are completely endearing as they are!

QUINN is friendly with her foster siblings, but can tend to be a bit bossy when it comes to sharing things with her sister. We feed QUINN separately so that she doesn't try to hog everyone's food, and we try to make sure there's enough chew toys around so that she doesn't feel the need to steal her sister's toy.

QUINN is learning all about what it means to be an inside dog, which is a new concept for her since she was likely an outdoor dog before she came into rescue. She has her own crate, and while she's not a huge fan of being in it if everyone else is out having fun, she eventually quiets down and appeases herself with a chewy bone. She's learning to go potty outside, and as long as we are there to let her out frequently enough, she's been really good about not having accidents in her crate. QUINN is curious about the cats in her foster home, perhaps a little too keen to be left alone with them, so a home without cats or with dog savvy cats would be best for her.

QUINN loves to go places with her people, so an active family would be the perfect spot for her. Take her camping or hiking or to the beach, she's going to love to go with you.

QUINN is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. QUINN is being fostered in Colusa in Colusa County, California.
