Hi! My name is PRINCESS and I would really like to meet you! I am a happy dog with some pretty simple needs. I just need a stable home, a cool (and warm in the winter!) comfy place to sleep, some scratching behind my ears with some belly rubs tossed in for variety and I will be all set! My foster mom says I am a really mellow dog, I rarely bark, but still greet you with a wagging tail!
I get along great with my foster family’s little dog and I am not known to chase cats. Do you like to watch chickens? I like to watch chickens. I also to like to look at guinea pigs. I am really curious about them; I like to smell them and just look at them. I am part Border Collie so of course I am smart and I know basic commands like sit, down and I am great about coming when called, especially for dinner (you saw that coming didn’t you?). I am house trained and politely ask to go out. I enjoy exploring the yard and am fine out there on my own. Being in the house with just the little dog for company when the two legged dogs go out is just fine too. I’d like to be a lap dog if you let me.
I have enjoyed all the people I have met at my foster home. I am happy to meet new people and come right over for sniffing and petty-pets. When we meet, you will probably love my gentle nature and wagging tail the most! While I get along with everybody, I would prefer a home where life’s pace is a little slower – walking and trotting along are great, but my running days are behind me. I am not crate trained but I am well behaved and don’t make a mess with things, but I will get something off the counter for a midnight snack if I can reach it! I’d love to be a member of your pack!
