Say hello to playful PEPPER! He is a 1-1/2 yr old, 30 lb BC\ACD (Australian Cattle Dog) mix and he loves to play! He loves to play with other dogs, or his human friends. He will also play with the cats if they let him! PEPPER is a very easy going and happy boy who loves to be close to his human but will settle down on the floor nearby when it’s time to relax. We like to call PEPPER the adventure dog because he is ready for the next adventure anytime! He has a gleam in his eyes that says, let’s go! PEPPER would do well with an active, outdoors family who will take him on regular walks and hikes. 

PEPPER is a love bug who likes to cuddle and will let you hug him and will sit next to you until you ask him to get down. While he is very social and sweet, he can sometimes be skittish at loud noises or sudden movements. PEPPER is friendly with new people and dogs and has no problem with introductions to new friends. He typically leaves the older dogs alone but will initiate play with the younger dogs. He can however play a little rough with his younger mates and sometimes be a little nippy in his exuberance. Watch this video of PEPPER at play. He is extremely agile and athletic!

PEPPER is potty trained and sleeps quietly in his crate at night. He has a solid sit and wait and is working on learning how to walk on a leash. PEPPER takes treats very softly from your hand. He loads up easily in the car and rides with no problems. Overall PEPPER is a super sweet boy with an adventurous spirit and needs a family who will give him lots of affections and fun time in the outdoors.

PEPPER is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations.
